Parish Council

The Parish Council met on June 20 and discussed several parish matters, including efforts to reduce expenses through changes to carting services, phone, and internet services, as well as upcoming repairs to the school-side church steps.

Additional revenue opportunities, including facility rentals, were also reviewed.

The parish carnıval was a wondertul success in bringing our community together, especially with the support of the Knights of Columbus and Women of Grace. A final financial report will be shared at a later date.

Suggestions from parishioners were discussed, including maintaining a prayerful atmosphere before Mass and keeping the church open on Wednesdays, which the Council approvea. Uther topics included plans for a Parish Picnic, the Diocesan Wedding Jubilee Mass, and the Annual Bishop’s Appeal. The next meeting is scheduled for August 22.
