Religious Education Registration Information
Our Faith Formation Program is currently accepting registration for the 2024- 2025 school year. Please register your child(ren) before June 28, 2024 at 3:00 to guarantee availability of materials in the fall. A $50.00 refundable deposit is due with your registration.
We have classes for children from grade 1 through grade 8 including sacramental preparation for Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. Please contact Ms. Heady 203-375-6133 or via email at deniseheady@olgstratford.com if you have any questions or concerns.
The Registration Form and Consent & Release is attached below. To register your child, please complete all spaces or write n/a if not applicable. The Consent & Release needs to be initialed then signed and dated. The Annual Consent and Release (Registration) Form is required by the Diocese of Bridgeport.
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone new to the program (i.e., first grader or new to the parish) must include a copy of child’s Baptimal Certificate, First Communion information, and name parish of any previous religious education, if applicable. Please note on registration if your child has not been baptized.
Your registration with a $50.00 Refundable Deposit in the form of a check made out to Our Lady of Grace can be mailed, brought to “drop box” or place in collection basket in a separate envelope. Cash payments may be made in person.
