Religious Education Registration Information

. The Annual Consent and Release (Registration) Form is attached below. To register your child, please fill out all information and initial and sign where needed. A separate form is required for each child being registered.  The Annual Consent and Release (Registration) Form is required by the Diocese of Bridgeport. 

Please return your completed Annual Release & Consent Form and your $50.00 Refundable Deposit to the Parish Office  You may also drop an envelope in the collection basket with your form and deposit.

Tuition Fee Information:

Our Lady of Grace Faith Formation Tuition 2023- 2024

1 Child – $160.00                                         

2 Children – $235.00                

3 or more Children – $290.00               

$50.00 Refundable Deposit due with Registration, balance due by September 30, 2023*.

*Payments made after September 30, 2023, are subject to a $25.00 Late Fee

Checks should be made payable to Our Lady of Grace.

Applications for Financial Aid are available by contacting Jennifer Volturno.
