Religious Education Registration Information
We have classes for children from grade K through grade 8 including sacramental preparation for Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. We will be publishing information regarding registration as the start of the new year gets closer.
The Registration Form and Consent & Release is attached below. To register your child, please complete all spaces or write n/a if not applicable.
The Annual Consent and Release (Registration) Form is required by the Diocese of Bridgeport.

PLEASE NOTE: Anyone new to the program (i.e., Kindergarten or new to the parish) must include a copy of child’s Baptismal Certificate, First Communion information, and name parish of any previous religious education, if applicable. Please note on registration if your child has not been baptized.
