The Annual Bishop’s Appeal supports the many ministries of the Diocese. We would like to thank the 160 households who have made a donation to the appeal. We are currently $16,900.00 short of our goal. We recently mailed letters to those parishioners who have donated to the appeal in past years. May we ask your assistance in reaching our goal by June 30th. Thank for your support of the Annual Bishop’s Appeal.

Memorial Day honors the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives in service to our country. These courageous individuals have given everything they had to defend our freedoms and way of life. Memorial Day reminds us of the high price of freedom and the debt of gratitude we owe to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. It is a day to reflect on their sacrifice and to honor their memory with gratitude. We in our parish will prayerfully remember the men and women who have given their lives for our freedom. May God hold them in the palm of his Hand!

It is with great joy, that we celebrate the election of our Holy Father Pope Leo XIV He is an American by birth and has a profound Catholic education and has served the Church for many years. He was elected by 133 Cardinal electors, and they represented 71 nations in the world. We should be proud of this historical moment. We thank God for our new Holy Father and pray for him.

On behalf of the Parish Staff and myself, I ask God’s blessings upon you, as we celebrate “Mother’s Day”. We have chosen to recognize all the women of our parish. We have chosen to present a carnation to each woman. There will be a prayer card at all the doors and a special blessing will be given at the end of Mass. Enjoy a wonderful day!

The Women of Grace will be holding a Mother’s Day Flower Sale. The sale will feature a variety of annuals and perennials, vegetables and herbs… There will be an assortment of baked goods for sale also. Please join us in the Parish Center! Friday May 9th Noon to 4:30pm – Saturday May 10th 9am to 5:30 pm – Sunday May 11th 9am to 1pm! Support the Women of Grace!
